Health & Hygiene Day at High School

 The 20th Annual Gathering 2019-20 of JK English Medium Primary School (6th & 7th STD) was held on 23-12-2019 Monday at 9:30am in Sawai Gandharva Hall, Deshpande Nagar, Hubballi.  The Chief Guest of the function was Dr. Aranyakumar (Prof. KCD & Guest Lecturer, Gangubai Hangal Gurukul, Hubli). The chief guest appreciated the task taken by management in the all round development of the students.  Addressing the gathering he said J.K. High School is the only one school were (music/karate/swimming/Badminton) is mandatory to all the students. He encouraged the students to take the best use of facilities provided in the school and excel in various fields of life. Shri. Jagadish Kalyanshettar (Chairman of J K Education Society) Shri. Mysuru ,ooty   trip

On the occasion of Swami Vivekanand Jayanti, Ramakrishna Vivekanand Ashram conducted Interschool Patriotic song singing competition.  40 schools from Hubli and Dharwad have participated in the competition.  The students of JK English Medium High School participated in this Competition and secured First place and were awarded with cash prize of Rs. 2000/-.

40th State Master’s Athletics Meet  2019-20 was conducted by Mangaluru Master’s Athletics Association  D.K  at Mangla stadium , Mangaluru from
14/11/2019  to 16/11/2019 . Mr. Rajashekhar Turamari  ( PE Instructor  of  JK High school )  participated in  the event and got the following prizes under 62 to 65 years category 

NCC inaugural function was conducted in J K High school, Hubballi, on 15-11-2016. On this occasion the Chief Guest (NCC-27 Battalion) Colonel Upendra Singh Kushwaha welcome the new 25 Cadets of J K High School troop and addressed the students regarding leadership qualities, benefits of NCC, A B C certificate to get a good post etc, NCC-27 Battalion officers Subedhar Major Rajeshkumar Mehta (SM-Sab) and Hawaldar Popat Patil (P.I.Staff) were also present on this occasion.

Karnataka rajyostava celebrated in J.K.English Medium HIgh School.

Investiture ceremony of High School.

71st Republic Day was celebrated in J.K. English Medium High School on 26th January 2020. The Chief Guest of the function was Mr.Ben Raivitz (Israel- classical musician and student of Shri Arun Desai-music teacher J K School Hubli) He appreciated the culture, heritage and diversity of our nation and encouraged the students to develop the qualities of patriotism in them. Students and Staff actively participated in the celebration. Chairman Shri Jagadish Kalyanshettar conveyed regards of Republic Day to  the students.

‘World Environment Day’ was celebrated in J K High school premises. Students from VI to X Std took oath on this occasion promising to safeguard the environment. The students of VI to VII participated in cleaning of school  ground and garden. They also planted saplings. 

3rd place in essay competition conducted by Karnataka chamber of commerce Hubli. Awarded 5000rs cash prize.

73rd Independence day celebrated in JK High School .​

Bhavadeepa Shikshana Samsthes, Smt. Vimala Kulkarni Memorial School, Hubli had conducted “RAVI VARMA” inter-school Drawing Competition 2019 on 13-07-2019. Kumari POOJA V KAMBLE of J K English Medium High School, Hubli studying in 6th Std. secured 2nd Prize in the competition.

On the occasion of 114 Birth Anniversary of Dr. Babu Jagjeevan Ram, Ambika Bellad of J K English Medium High School was honoured by the Dept of Public Instruction for securing highest marks in SSLC 2019-2020 Examination, on 05/04/2021 at Mini Vidhana Soudha, Hubli. ‘World Yoga  Day’ was celebrated on 21-06-2019 (Friday) in J K High school premises. Students from VI to X Std students took active participation in this event. Students have performed various asanas on this occasion.

Bharat Vikas Parishad National Group Song Competition was held on 22/09/2019 at Women’s College, Hubli.  The music club students of J. K. English Medium High School, participated in the event and secured First place in Kannada, Hindi and Sanskrit singing competition.  The students got selected for state level competition to be held at Gangavati.

PRS Water Park

Vivekgoudru patil student of J.K. English Medium High school ,Hubli ( 2015-16) has been.selected to represent Indian team in World Throw Ball  Malaysian Independent Championship 2019  to be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 31st  Aug 2nd sept 2019. He  is the only  candidate from North Karnataka who has been selected for Indian team.

14-09-2019.  Kumari Aishwarya Pujar of JK English Medium High School Hubli, studying in 6th Std secured 1st Runner Up Prize among 4000 students participated in the event. And got selected for state level competition to be held in Bangalore.

Motivational speech was been organized for SSLC students on 19/02/2021 by Rotary Club of Hubli West, in J K English Medium High School.  The Chief Guest of this occasion was Mr. Basavaraj Shankar Umarani (visually impaired, Mathematics Expert & Motivational Speaker from Athani). Inspired the students by his extraordinary mathematical skills and suggested the students to set the goal and plan accordingly to achieve success in life.
